By sending this application, the participant / legal representative agrees to the use of his personal data, the acquisition and use of photo documentation, video recordings and audio recordings in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data specified in the application for the needs of the provider. The provider undertakes to collect personal data of children only for its own needs due to the holding of the children's camp, for the purposes of their insurance during their stay here, in order to ensure the sending of offers for events organized by the provider and not to provide this data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Furthermore, the participant/legal representative agrees and declares that he/she has been familiarized with the general terms and conditions of the Right 2 Dance summer dance school and with the price of the stay and all additional fees ordered through this online registration form.

Payment options

 

• By transfer order to the organizer's account. Enter the invoice number as the variable symbol.

• By postal order type A to the organizer's account. (Cannot be used for the Slovak Republic). Just fill in the name of the participant and the invoice number as a variable symbol.

• Corporate committees contribute to children's recreation. In this case, the company committee will pay the amount based on the order and invoice to the organizer's account.

 

Please include the invoice number as a variable symbol for all payments.

Payment term

 

In case of registration before 30.3. 2023
It is possible to set up payments for up to 5 installments. The advance invoice is due in 5 days.
In justified cases (e.g. due to the provision of the FKSP contribution by the employer), the customer can ask the provider for a different maturity.

In case of registration by 30.4. 2023

It is possible to set up payments in up to 3 installments. The advance invoice is due in 5 days.In justified cases (e.g. due to the provision of the FKSP contribution by the employer), the customer can ask the provider for a different maturity.

In case of registration from 1.5.2023 to 30.6. 2023

It is possible to set up payments in up to 2 installments. The advance invoice is due in 5 days.

In justified cases (e.g. due to the provision of the FKSP contribution by the employer), the customer can ask the provider for a different maturity.

In case of registration from 1.7. 2023
The total price of the summer dance school is due within 14 days of receiving the e-mail confirming the application and the invoice.

In the case of registration for the summer dance school 14 days or less before the start of the tour, the total price of the summer dance school is due no later than the day before the start of the tour for which the customer is registered (i.e. the amount is credited to the organizer's account).

Sibling discount– we provide a discount of CZK 300 for each sibling.

Cancellation Policy

 

• 500 CZK per person when canceling the application (in writing) until 20.6.2023

• 50% of the price per person when canceling the application (in writing) until 31.7.2023

• 100% of the price per person upon cancellation of the application from  1/8/2023

• CZK 0 in the case of a substitute from your side

• CZK 1,000 (40 euros) per person in the event of written cancellation of the application due to illness (medical report required)

• CZK 1,000 (40 euros) per person in the event of a written cancellation of the application due to an accident (a medical report is required)

• 0 czk za  a person in case of government regulations that would make it impossible for the camp to take place

• 0 czk per  person in case of a positive test for covid-19 (must be documented by a test from an official testing center)

All payment cancellations and refunds are processed only after the end of all tours, with the organizer reserving a deadline for processing all requests until October 31, 2023.
